[:en]Here are scripture verses to manage ANGER:

“In your anger, do not sin.  Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold” (Eph. 4:26-27)

“Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man’s anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires” (James 1:19-20)

“A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control” (Prov. 29:11)

“Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools” (Eccl. 7:9)

“A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger” (Prov. 15:1

“Do not make friends with a hot-tempered man, do not associate with one easily angered” (Prov. 22:24)

“Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret – it leads only to evil? (Ps. 37:8)

“You must rid yourselves of all such things as these:  anger, rage, malice, slander and filthy language from your lips” (Col. 3:8)

If you are the victim of anger, remember this:

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ, God forgave you” (Eph. 4:32)
