Biblical Truth: Our Lord Jesus Christ has conquered sin and triumph over death. He had won the battle victoriously. Therefore, we have the confidence that He will intercede for us when we undergo trials and temptations because “we are more than conquerors in Christ” (Rom. 8:37)
Personal Application: Are you weary because everything seems to be going against you? Do you feel downcast because your enemies are surrounding you? Do not be afraid! God will fight for you and you are assured of victory over your enemies. For “He has prepared a table for you in the presence of your enemies” (Ps. 23:5)
Prayer: Thank you Lord. I can trust you with full confidence that you will lead and guide us to victory over our enemies.
