Biblical Truth: Paul was given the priestly duty by God to proclaim the gospel to the Gentiles. He displayed good attitude in his service and provided an example of good leadership. He knew how to affirm the work of others, treated the Christians at Rome as his brothers, and praise their spiritual maturity. (v. 14) He encouraged the Gentiles to offer themselves as a living sacrifice to God. (v. 16)
Personal Application: We have to set boundaries of area ministry involvement so that we can concentrate on a distinct role that God wants us to do.
Prayer: Help us to use wisdom in our ministry so that we can work within the realistic framework.[:]
