Biblical truth: The nation of Israel had encountered lots of fears because they were surrounded by enemies. But God was their refuge and defense. He strengthened and upheld them to stand victorious.
Personal Application: There are bundles of fears in our lives. We fear the future, sickness, security, weakness and death. But with God, His wisdom will direct our way. His stripes will heal us. His resources will fund our needs. His strength will make us strong. And He will save us from eternal death. He is the source of all our hope and life.
Prayer: Thank you Lord for being with us in times of trouble and fear.[:]
