Biblical Truth: The Israelites had been slaves in Egypt, Assyria and Babylon. But god is committed to be faithful to His promise to Abraham, and determined to reveal His name (Yahweh – the Lord). He had delivered His people from slavery to live under His protection.
Personal Application: Jesus had rescued us from the slavery of sin. We have the obligation to bring the good news to those who do not know about it. Are you willing to preach the gospel with all your might?
Prayer: Thank you Lord for your salvation. Give us the courage to proclaim the good news to others.
