[:en]Scripture Reading: Matthew 9:36-104
Biblical Truth: Jesus saw the people as sheep without a shepherd. He looked at the crowd and felt compassion for them. Many people were ready to surrender their life to Christ but workers were needed to harvest the ripe field. So, Jesus called his 12 disciples from all walks of life – fishermen, political activists, tax collector. He called common people, rich and poor, unschooled and educated to preach the gospel. He can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
Personal Application: When Christ calls you, will answer be “Here am I Lord”. Are you willing to be used by God for His kingdom?
Prayer: Lord, help me to obey your call and follow you anytime, anywhere at any cost.
