[:en]The Jews plotted to kill Paul, but the commander transferred him to Caesarea with a letter to Governor Felix.  He told Governor Felix that Paul was a Roman citizen.  Pelple were accusing him with questions about their law, but there was no charge against him that demand death or imprisonment.  So he sent Paul to him and ordered his accusers to present their case to him.  (vs. 23-30)[:]
