Moses was a reluctant leader. He questioned why he had to carry the burden of the people. (Numbers 11:11) David was a murderer and adulterer, but God used him to become king and ruler of Israel. Paul was a persecutor of Christians and God used him to preach the gospel to the Gentiles. Peter denied Jesus but God restored him to become a hero for the furtherance of His kingdom.
May we look to Jesus as our real hero and allow Him to use us as an instrument to make known His name to the ends of the earth.[:]
