[:en]Most Psalms begin with prayer for help in different situations and ends with thanksgiving and praise. But this Psalm begins with Praise and goes on to prayer for help.
This is also true with our lives. We may have experienced great blessings from God but in the middle of our journey, we still have to face life’s problem and deal with our weaknesses and failures. This Psalm gives us an idea of how to keep our faith with God.
- Wait patiently for the Lord (v. 1)
- Fear the Lord (v. 3)
- Trust in God (v. 4)
- Do his will (v. 8)
- Proclaim His righteousness, faithfulness, love, hope and salvation (vs. 9-10)
- Rejoice and be glad in the Lord (v. 16)
