[:en]The Psalmist described God as the rock (v. 2), refuge and a strong tower against the foe (v. 3), shelter (v. 4). He was given the heritage of those who fear His name (v. 5). He asked God to give him long life (v. 6) and appoint His love and faithfulness to protect him (v. 7). He ended up praising and rejoicing (v. 8)[:]
