[:en]Wisdom can make you understand words of insight (v2). It can discipline your life to do what is right and just and fair (v. 3). It can prevent you from being enticed by sinners who go after ill-gotten wealth (vs. 10-*19). They key to obtain wisdom is the fear of the Lord (v. 7). Those who reject wisdom will face calamity and disaster (vs. 25-27) God will not answer their call (v. 28) and they will eat the fruit of their ways and schemes (vs.31-32). But those who listen to God will live in safety without fear of harm (v. 30).
“Such is the end of all who go after ill-gotten gain. It takes away the lives of those who get it.” (v. 19)
