[:en]Because of God’s great love for us, He made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions. “For it is by grace you have been saved through faith— and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (v. 8-10)
God himself is our peace by destroying the barrier of hostility and abolishing the law with its commandment and regulations. His purpose is to create in himself one new man out of the two thus making peace by reconciling man to God through the cross.
