- Wonderful – He performs miracles
- Counselor – He is the source of wisdom
- Mighty God – He has power and strength
- Everlasting Father – He is eternally present
- Prince of Peace – He gives us peace
The Lord’s anger was against Israel because of their pride and arrogance of heart (v. 9). The prophets taught lies and led them astray (vs. 15-16). He judged them by making them captive of Assyria (vs. 11-12)
Let us ask God to get rid of our pride.[:]
