[:en]The Psalmist compared the oppression of the enemies to the plowing of a field. It is a vivid description of personal suffering. People were treating him like dirt bombarded him with criticism and digging him with accusation.
The Lord allows people to plow your back because He is preparing for a harvest. And the harvest will depend on the seed that your plant. If you plant seeds of revenge and hatred, the harvest will be bitter. But if you plant the seed of love and peace, the harvest will be blessings. “The blessing of the Lord be upon you, we bless you n the name of the Lord” (v. 8)[:]
