[:en]David wanted to build a temple for the Lord, but God did not allow him to fulfill his holy ambition. Although he was disappointed, but he accepted God’s will and helped the next generation build the temple. He provided the needed materials for the project.
If God does not allow you to accomplish your goal, help someone to meet his goals by sharing your talent and resources. He can use you in many ways to accomplish His purpose.
God did not allow David to build his temple bu He promised him a house made of people. One of his own descendants will be on the throne forever and ever if they would keep his covenant. (vs. 11-12)
