Who should praise the Lord?
From the Heavens – angels, heavenly host, sun and moon, shinning stars, highest heavens, waters above the skies (vs. 2-6)
From the earth – great sea creatures, all ocean depths, lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds, mountain and hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds. (vs 7-10)
All the people – kings of the earth and all nations, princes and all rulers on earth, young men and maidens, old men and children (vs. 11-12)
“Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted’ his splendor is above the earth and the heavens” (v. 13)
