“If you confess with your mouth ‘Jesus is Lord’ and believe in your heart that God raise Him from the dead, you will be saved” (v. 9)
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (v. 13)
Salvation is by faith and faith comes by hearing the word of God. (v. 17).
So what are the steps necessary for one to be able to be saved? Sending — preaching — hearing — believing. (vs. 14-15a)
“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news?” (v. 15b)
