[:en]The Holy Spirit of God will deliver us from the body of death.  God sent his own son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering in order to fulfill the righteous requirement of the law so that we do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.  Let the Spirit control you so that even your body is dead in sin, but your Spirit is alive because of righteousness. (vs. 1-11).  As we enter into God’s family as his son, we receive the Spirit of Sonship.  As God’s children, we can call “Abba” Father and become heirs of God and co-heirs of Christ. (vs. 12-17).

So, despite of our present sufferings, we have hope in future glory. (vs. 18-25).  The Spirit helps us in our weakness and intercedes for us as we pray. (vs. 26-27).  We are more than conquerors because we know that “In all things God work for the good of those who love him, who has been called according to his purpose” (v. 28).  So “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (v. 31).   “Who can separate us from the love of Christ?” (v. 35)  “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (vs. 38-39″[:]
