[:en]Zion was told to wake up and put on garments of splendor and free themselves from the chains on their neck (vs. 1-2). )They must shout for joy because the Lord had comforted them and redeemed Jerusalem.  He had proclaimed peace and brought good tidings of salvation (vs. 7-9).  They were advised to depart and come out from it and be pure (v. 11)[:]
