Biblical Truth: Elihu was asking job a lot of questions: Do you know … (vs. 14-15); Can you … ? (vs. 18); Tell us … ? (v. 19); Would he … ?(v. 20); Would every man … ? (v. 20). He was checking Job’s spiritual credentials and finding them wanting.
Personal Application: Do you enjoy the power of knowledge by asking questions to prove to fellow believers that you are OK but they are not OK?
Prayer: Dear Jesus, give me a humble heart and a teachable mind to receive your Word and to be considerate to others.[:]
