[:en]In June, 1915, the ship “Endurance” was trapped and crushed in the ice off the coast of Antartica. The group of polar led by Ernest Shackleton with 5 comrades set out in a tiny lifeboat for South Georgia. The remaining men survived on an uninhabited island for 4 months because they had faith and hope that Shackleton would find a way to rescue them.
“Faith is sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see” (Heb. 11:1) Faith of heroes were listed in Hebrews 11 as examples for us to follow.
If you have any problems in life, do not despair or be discouraged. Place your hope in Jesus our God and Savior. He promises to lighten the darkest of your days.[:]
