[:en]Shepherds are supposed to care for the sheep. But the shepherds in Judah were liars, adulterers, and oppressors. They led people astray and strengthen the hands of the evildoers. (vs. 9-14) The false prophets invented their visions and dreams and passed them off as oracles from God. (vs. 25-28) But one day, God will gather His people to establish His kingdom in righteousness. He will put shepherds who can feed and lead them. (vs. 3-6)
