[:en]Scripture Reading: Genesis 11:1-9
Biblical Truth: The whole wrld before had one language and a common speech. They agrred to build a city with a tower that could reach to the heavens so that they could make a name for themselves and not be scattered over the face of the whole earth. But God confused their language and scattered them over the faces of the earth, so they stopped building the city.
Personal Application: There is only one thing that can unite men. And that is common faith and worship of the Lord Jesus Christ. A redeemed people from every tribe, language, people and nation will be made a kingdom and priests to God (Rev. 5:9) united as one in the church, the bride of Christ.
Prayer: Dear Father, let the church I am in really be one with Christ.[:]
