[:en]Thoughts from “Our Daily Bread” (12/5/17)[:]

[:en]More than 50 years ago, a Charlie Brown Christmas was first broadcast in American TV.  Some network executives wanted its creator, Charles Schulz to omit the Christmas story so that it won’t offend some viewers.  but Schulz insisted it to stay in.  The program was an immediate success and has be rebroadcasted every year since 1965.

Christmas is about Christ who was born in a manger with a multitude of the heavenly hosts praising god and saying Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace good will towards men. (Luke 2:11-14)  Let us celebrate Christmas by truly understand its meaning that because of God’s great love, He offered us His Son as the gift of salvation.
