[:en]The Lord formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being (v. 7) He put the man he had formed in the Garden of Eden. IN the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. There were 4 headwaters flowing from the Eden, namely: Pishon, Gihon, Tigris, and Asshur.
The Lord let the man to take care of the Garden of Eden and commanded him not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil , for when he eats, he will surely die> (v. 15-17). The Lord brought the beast of the field and all the birds of the air and told Adam to give them names. He also provided Adam with a suitable helper out of his ribs and name her Eve. For this reason, a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. (v. 24)
