Biblical Truth: Jesus promised to come soon 3 times in the passage. First – “Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book” (v. 7) Second -“Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me,m and I will give to everyone according to what he has done” (v. 12). Third – “Yes I am coming soon” (v/ 20)
Personal Application: The coming of Jesus is a sure thing. Let us heed to His call for repentance while there is still time.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us access to the water of life and to the tree of life. Thank you for your wonderful gift of your Son Jesus who came to save us from eternal death.[:]
