[:en]When David were threatened by his enemies, he was overwhelmed with fear and stress. He ran away and hid in the cave. He was experiencing mental, physical and emotional anguish. While in distress, he found a way to escape by resting in God. He said: “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you” (Ps. 55:22) He realized that God is in control of every aspect of his life and he found God’s support and peace in Him.
When you are faced with problems, release them to God. Trust every situation of your life to God and let Him take charge. Ask Him to handle your problems and rest in Him. For God is a safe resting place and nothing is impossible for Him.[:]
