Jesus told Jeremiah, “You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you” (jer. 1:7). Jesus told His disciples: “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves” (Mat. 10:16).
When you share the gospel, you may encounter persecutions and trials. When you live for Christ, you may experience people mocking at you, mistreating you and receiving verbal threats.. But God assures us of His presence. “I am with you always” (Mat. 28:20)
Whatever struggles you face in your attempt to live for the Lord, trust in the Lord’s presence. (Lawrence Darman)
