[:en]BEAUTIFUL UNITY

There are three large predatory animals cuddling and playing together in an animal sanctuary in Georgia.  A lion, a Bengal tiger, and a black bear were being abused and neglected until they were rescued by Noan’s Ark Animal Sanctuary.  The assistant director of the sancutary decided to keep them together because the trio had became as a kind of family, comforting each other during their time of mistreatment.   Despite of their differences, they live peacefully together.

In his letter to the Ephesians, Paul encouraged the members to live as one body in Christ.  By the power of the Holy Spirit, they should live in unity by being humble, gentle and patient.

As members of the family of Christ, we have been reconciled to Him through the death of our Savior and reconciled to each other through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.  “Let us make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace” (Eph. 4:1) – Marvin Williams
