[:en]LONG SHADOWS

The evangelist Dwight Moody and his musician Ira Sankey had held meetings in the British Isles more than 120 years ago, and their influence still exists until the present generation.

Let us emulate the example of Dwight Moody by thinking of ways to cast long shadows of influence for God to people around us.  Whatever position you are in now, you can play a role – a praying mother to her children, an encouraging word to co-worker, a teacher to the students, a loving word to a friend – and leave a legacy of God’s love to mankind.  – (Joe Stowell)
