The song of Mosese celebrated Israel’s deliverance from Egypt (Exo. 15). The Song of the Lamb celebrates the ultimate deliverance of God’s people from the power of Satan.
This is an imagery of the time of Exodus. The Ark of the Covenant resided in the Tabernacle was a symbol of God’s presence among His people in the wilderness. The garments of the angels resembles the high priest’s clothing. The smoke that fills the Temple is the manifestation of God’s glory and power. Evil will be destroyed by His judgment, but the faithful has to wait for God’s time.[:]
