[:en]RULER OF THE WAVES

Our God, the creator is the One who laid Earth’s foundation (Job 38:4-7).  He commands morning to appear and night to end (Job 38:12-13)  He stocks the storehouse of the snow and directs the stars (Job 38:22, 31-33).  He is the only one Ruler of the waves (Job 38:1).
