[:en]Extol the Lord at all times with praise. Glorify the Lord and exalt His name. The Lord answes and delivers us from all fears. He hears us and saves us out of all our troubles. Taste and see that the Lord is good. Fear Him and you will lack nothing. Seek Him and your lack no good thing. For He saves, He Keeps and He satifies.
Keep you tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Turn from evil and do good. Seek peace and pursue it. Then you can have many good days (vs. 12-14). The Lord sees the righteous and hears their cry (v. 15). He writes off the memory of the wicked (v. 16). He declares the righteous from many troubles and protects all his bones. (vs. 19-20).

- Are you praising God at all times?
- Have you tasted the Lord in your life’s experience?
- Do you want to have a good day? Then control your tongue, depart from evil , do good and trust in the Lord.
- How close is God to you today?
- Are you broken hearted that needs to be healed?
- Expect afflictions but trust God for deliverance.
