[:en]The Psalmist gave us an idea of how to spend the day. When you wake up in the morning, praise the Lord, make music to His name and proclaim His love. And at night, remember His faithfulness, His deeds and His works.
He also advised us on how to grow old gracefully. He must be planted in the house of the Lord, meaning, he must abide in Christ, rooted in His Word. He must be like a palm tree that survives and produces frutis. We should allow God to make us fresh and fourishing. Let us have roots that go deep so that we can stand the storms and still be fruitful. May we be a blessing to the people around us as we grow old. May the fruits that we produce get better and sweeter.[:]
