1.  Fear Him – for He is holy and great and exalted over all nations (vs. 1-3)
2. Woship Him – for He is mighty and just (vs. 4-5)
3. Call on Him – Moses, Aaaron and Samuel called on the Lord and He answered them (v. 6)
4. Obey Him – Obedience is needed for God to answer your prayer (v. 7)
