[:en]Thoughts from Psalms 138[:]

[:en]David praised the Lord with all his heart.  He could not go to the temple, so he worshiped “toward the temple”.  Even in the midst of trouble, David still witnessed for the Lord by writing this psalm to share His Word and sing praises to God.  God preservered his life and saved him from his foes.  At the end, David declared a statement of confidence saying:  “The Lord will fulfill His purpose for  me;  your love,  O Lord, endures forever – do not abandon the works of your hands” (v. 8)

Sometimes, trouble can be God’s way to open doors for us to share the gospel.  Do not let trouble hinder our walk with God.  God is at work on our lives.  Let Him fulfill His plan on us, for His love endures forever.[:]
