Everything started with a dream, then came along a plan on how to achieve this dream in order to leavea legacy in the field of education. As what Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”

It was not an easy thing to do, and with all the words that start with letter “s” that I can think of, I’ll try to demonstrate how I have achieved this far to be a full-fledged M.A. Degree holder (Master of Arts major in Educational Management).

I spent every Saturday for about three years in schooling, studying, skimming, scanning books, sweating, and having sleepless nights. Thus, these sacrifices transformed into sweetness, satisfaction, and success of my thesis, the purpose of which is to help make a difference by promoting a school with a culture of excellent instruction, data usage and leading teachers to become self-directed individuals.

These can never be achieved without the strong prayer warriors surrounding me and the support of our fellow church members who never stop encouraging me. This includes my ever supportive and loving husband, Andy, and my two beloved sons, Dan and Ben, who always show their love and understanding even in my busiest days. This really means a lot to me! Therefore, “I thank my God every time I remember you.” (Philippians 1:3)

Most of all, I acknowledge that I cannot do all these without God’s strength to press on, God’s wisdom to complete my thesis and God’s encouragement to finish the race!

All I can say is to God be the glory, praises and honour!!!
