1. He pursues selfish ends and defirs all sound jugment (v. 1)
2. He delights in airing his own opinions  (v. 2)
3. His lips brings him strife and his mouth invites a beating (v. 6)
4. He is proud (v. 12)
5. He answers before listening (v. 13)

Characteristics of a righteous man:

1.  He seeks wisdom from God (v. 4)
2. The Lord is His strong tower (v. 10)
3. He is humble (v. 12)
4. He has a discernidng heart to acquire knowledge (v. 15)
5. He is a friend who sticks closer than a brother (v. 24)

“Casting the lot settles disputes and keeps strong opponents apart” (v. 18)
