[:en]WATCH THE CONDUCTOR
Joshua Bell is a world-renowned violinist who conducts a forty-four member chamber orchestra. While conducting, he also plays his violin. And the orchestra members understand all kinds of direction and signals when he is dipping his violin, drawing his bow or raising his eyebrow. They know the sound that Joshua is looking from the entire orchestra.
The Bible also instructs us to keep our eyes on Jesus our Lord. Hebrews 11 has listed many heroes of the faith. The writer urged us to throw off everything that hinders and the sins that entangle us. He encouraged us to run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith” (Heb. 12:1-2)
God is conducting the music of our lives. Let us fix our eyes upon Jesus our Saviour as He directs our lives.[:]
