Paul urged the Thessalonian believers to “Be joyful always; pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances. Do not put out the Spirit’s fire; do not treat prophecies with contempt. Test everything. Hold on the good and avoid every kind of evil” (1 Thes. 5:16-19).
When we have a constant relationship with God, the Holy Spirit will guide and teach us to discern and handle any situation that we will be facing. Let us recommit to Him so that the Holy Spirit can influence us into right living. – (Jennifer Benson Schuldt)[:]
