The glory of God is emphasized in this chapter. They sang praises to the Lord because the proud had been brought down. The nation’s time of tribulation will end and be kept in perfect peace. The righteous will walk in God’s way. The redeemer will reign with righteousness and glory.
“You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trust in you” (v. 3)
“Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord, is the Rock eternal” (v. 4)[:]
