[:en]WHAT REMAINS IN THE EYE

Hummingbird is one of     the tiny creatures with size averaging two to three inches having the speed of wings that can flap from 50 to 200 times per second.  It is so fascinating that it got its English name from the hum made by its rapidly beating wings.  In Portugal, it is known as the “flower-kisser_, in Spain, “flying jewels, in Mexico, “biulu” meaning “what remains in the eye”.

Nature has plenty of things that can remain in the eye because of their beauty and perfection.  Let us observe, rejoice and thank God for His works and wonders. – by (Keila Ochoa)[:]
