[:en]SCRIPTURE:  JOB 6

“If only my anguish could be weighed and all my misery be placed on the scales!  It should surely outweigh the sand of the seas – no wonder my words have been impetuous” (Job 6:2-3)

“Oh, that I might have my request, that God would grant what I hope for” (Job 6:8)

“A despairing man should have the devotion of his friends, even though he forsakes the fear of the Almighty” (Job 6:14)

JOB

Job felt that his friends did not feel his grief nor try to help him carry his burden.  Instead of applying medicine to his painful wound, they were shooting poisoned arrows at him.  No wonder, Job got so discouraged and wanted God to crush him and cut him off.  But he still vouched for his integrity.[:]
