[:en]SCRIPTURE:  PSALM 70

“But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who love your salvation always say, *Let God be exalted*” (Psalm 70:4)

When David wrote this psalm, he was in a hurry.  He pleaded God to hasten and quickly come to help and save him.  At the end in verse 5, he again asked God to come quickly and not delay to deliver him.  However in the middle he said: “May all who see in you rejoice and be glad in you, and may those who love your salvation always say, “Let God be exalted”.  David knew how to rejoice and magnify God while waiting Him to act on his behalf.

Sometimes, we feel that God is slow in working.,  He is not moving rapidly as we want He should.  When our timetables do not coincide with His, David taught us to rejoice and be glad in Him, to love Him and exalt Him.[:]
