“Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways. You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your sons will be like olive shoots around your table. Thus is the man blessed who fears the Lord.” (Psalm 128:1-7)
“May the Lord bless you from Zion all the days of your life; may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem, and may you live to see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel” (Psalm 128:5-6)
BLESSINGS FOR THOSE WHO FEAR THE LORD AND WALK IN HIS WAYS:
- He will eat the fruit of his labor.
- He will have blessings and prosperity
- His wife will be like a fruitful vine in his house
- His sons will be like olive shoots around his table
- He will be blessed all the days of his life
- He will live to see his children’s children.
What is mean by fear of the Lord? Fearing God means showing loving reverence to the Lord. If we fear God, we receive blessings from work, from life, from home and from generation to generations. Therefore, the key to God’s blessing is to fear Him and walk in His ways.[:]
