“My heart falters, fear makes me tremble; the twilight I longed for has become a horror to me” (Isaiah 21:4)

A PROPHECY AGAINST BABYLON (vs. 1-10)

A PROPHECY AGAINST EDEN (vs. 11-12)

Isaiah was seen as a watchman seeing both night and morning.  He had to warn them of their trouble and tell them of the blessings.

A PROPHECY AGAINST ARABIA (vs.13-16)

The Lord said to Isaiah: “Within one year as a servant bound by contract would count it, all the pomp of Kedar will come to an end.  The survivals of bowmen, the warriors of Kedar, will be few”.
