THOUGHTS:

The tabernacle had two altars – a bronze altar for sacrifices and a golden altar for the burning of incense.  There were 3 parts to the tabernacle – the outer court, the Holy place containing the table, the lampstand and the incense altar and the Holy of Holies containing the ark of covenant.  The lampstand was to keep “burning” always.  God’s people and His churches are lights in this dark world.  We should keep our lamps trimmed and “light shinning”.
