SCRIPTURE: PSALM 149
MEMORY VERSES:
Praise the Lord, Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints.” (Psalm 149:1)
“Let the saints rejoice in this honor and sing for joy on their beds.” (Psalm 149:5)
HOW TO PRAISE THE LORD:
- Sing to the Lord a new song. (v. 1)
- Rejoice in our Maker. (v.2)
- Praise his name with dancing. (v. 3a)
- Make music to him with tambourine and harp. (v. 3b)
- Rejoice in his honor. (v. 5a)
- Sing for joy in bed (v. 5b)
THOUGHTS:
All believers should be a singing people to praise the Lord in the sanctuary, at home and on the battlefield because God is the Savior, Maker and King.
