THOUGHTS:

Judgment is coming to the nation of Judah because the people were unfaithful to God .  They  forgot what God had done for them and turned to worship false gods.  They were like stubborn animals refusing yoke and like a degeneration vine that bore no fruits.  They committed many sins and denied that they had sinned.  They were like the prisoners of war marching aways with heir hands on their heads thinking that they were free but were slaves.

The stain of sin could not be washed out without the spiritual cleaning that must reach deep into the heart.  Only God can remove it if you are willing to let him cleanse you.

Israel forgot God by focusing its affection on the allurement of the world.  If you focus on the pleasures of the world, the more you will forget God’s care, love, and guidance.  Do you remember God or do you forget Him?
