THOUGHTS:

Jeremiah was weeping for his people of their sins – lying, deceit, treachery, adultery, idolatry.  He was angered by their sins, but he had compassion.  As a true shepherd, he stayed with the people.  Jesus had also similar feelings when he was in Jerusalem, the city that would reject Him.

People always admire three things:  Wisdom, Power and Riches.  But we must put our priority in knowing God personally and living a life that reflects his justice and righteousness.  What do you want people to admire about you most?
